MISSION:
- ACE Arts
- Through sustainable artistic practices in community settings, we create our inner visions in public settings. From the deepest alleys to the streets we walk everyday, we seek to transform the community through Art. ACE Arts works with various communities and organizations to bring fundamental art skills and materials to populations who are underserved, and/or isolated, and who may not otherwise have access to many artistic forms of expression. We team professional artists up with community participants to create a body of work. Upon completion, the works are presented to the public in celebration. FISCAL SPONSORSHIP: ACE Arts operates under the fiscal sponsorship of Friends of Oakland Parks and Recreation (FOPR) a 501 (c) (3) an independent non profit corporation and all donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
